Aurora Packaging

Aurora is a series of light bulb packages that were created for the purpose of imitating an actual lightbulb company’s packaging. The project was an assignment that was given to me in the Spring of 2022. The series has 3 light bulb package designs with a logo for each that reflects the light level and power for each box.

The Aurora logo is supposed to be white light passing through a glass pyramid and coming out the other end to show the visible color spectrum, while there are two pyramids to symbolize mountains and mimic the Aurora Borealis. The main colors chosen were blue and green, which were also chosen to represent the Aurora Borealis. As previously stated, the logos represent the light level and power of each package, with the Midnight Moonlight box, being the dimmest light. The Star Light in this case is neither the brightest nor dimist in this series, while New Horizons logo is meant to be a rising sun being the most powerful.
